Application:

This sueding machine is mainly used for surface processing of pure cotton, blended, hemp, polyester fabrics, etc. The fabric after sueding is soft and slippery with short, even fluffs and clean texture.

• Roller width:1800~3600mm
• Working speed: 5-40m/min
• Drive type: controlled by inverter
• Rotation speed of grinding roller: 1200rpm

2. MAIN STRUCTURE

• Dust exhaust parts: 2 sets of dust suction fans and individual dust exhaust system..
• Pressure control: Each grinding roller is pressurized individually by    pneumatic. Pressurization figures can be displayed with accuracy 0.1mm.
• Plaiter(fabric delivery): delivery roller is driven individually by inverter.
• Tension control: with tension controller for accurate detecting,    control and display.
• Brush dust suction device: totally 3pcs of brushes, including 2pcs of    brushes for grinding side of fabric and 1pc of brush for the other side  of fabric. By beating device, dust on fabric surface are removed from fabric and suctioned individually by dust suction fan. The dust is blowed into ventilated dust collection bag. The air flow through ventilated dust collection bag are used to blow the dust on brush as secondary use.

Electric control: main unit (fabric feeding, delivery and plaiter) driven by AC inverter.  Button controlling for speed, tension, pressurization and grinding angle.
